Mississippi Episode: Pelicans (USA)

I filmed a sequence on the American White Pelican for the Mississippi episode. I’ll never forget the smell of being in the middle of a colony of thousands of Pelicans filming from my hide. These prehistoric birds have incredible character and look more like pterodactyls when in flight than birds to me.
