Close calls of getting charged by a large matriarch elephant and a male black rhino in the space of a few weeks whilst helping to film these episodes were a career highlight I could probably have done without. Regardless, being on the frontline working and filming with the tireless vets and game managers of Zambia’s Kafue National Park and North Luangwa National Park was a real insight into the day to day battle with poachers in these regions.
